Bloomberg: Next Stop, Albany?

If congestion pricing is Michael Bloomberg's top priority, his second term is as absurd as his first, when he lived for the Olympics and a stadium. If Manhattan has a problem , it's overdevelopment, and the solution is fewer people, not fewer cars. As for Mr. Spitzer, he should be ousted in a recall election similar to the one in California that removed Gray Davis and installed Arnold Schwarzenegger.
