Conceptually, New York conservatively has enough money for 5 or 6 megaprojects, but the leadership of the MTA & PA has decided to build 10. Almost none of the 10 will be completed, but we will be paying for 5 or 6. As for the WTC site - the memorials, Freedom Tower and Calatrava Hub will all be fiascos; money down the drain. The Calatrava is just a double or triple of the Fulton Hub miistake.
