No such agency ... you certainly don't mean US Customs and Border Patrol. American Indian Woman commented earlier on the "dumbing down of America". You contribute to that when your facts are easily checked, but still dead wrong. The agency you should have noted, as many other newspapers have, is US Citizenship and Immigration Services (http://www.uscis.gov/).
