I now live in Florida but prior lived in New York City and would like to repair a building for affordable housing, there are some beautiful building that have been left to rot and could be repaired and help people to be able to aford the rent. I understand there is a program where if the City owns the building they will give if to you if you promise to repair it. Since I live in Florida I cannot take a drive to find these buildings, is there a website or angency I can contact? please let me know if there is any help you can give me.
