Mayor Bloomberg is to be congratulated on his ongoing efforts to protect American citizens from the horror of gunshot wounds/death. Every time we hear of yet another mad person opening fire on a group we have to wonder how did that mad person get a gun? Decades ago, before the NRA came to power in Congress, Americans lived without fear of their neighbors. To get back to that place we have to de-fang the NRA and put ever tighter, tighter controls on the sale of firearms nationwide.
