Putting Practice Into Ethics

Would an ethical person really sacrifice someone to save another? Wouldn't an ethical person warn the people below by screaming at the top of their lungs, "Get out of the way!!!"? If you couldn't talk, surely you would tap the fat stranger on the shoulder and have him shout, right? There are many more answers then just the two pointed out.
