Global Warming 'Hysteria' Is Claimed

Submitted by Michael Merget, Mar 4, 2008 16:36

All one has to do is read about changes in the Earths climate over the ages to realize that temperatures have risen and fallen over the millenia. The last ice age was 12,000 years ago and created places like Long Island Sound. Why is it that most people think the earth is a static place that is now finished in whatever cycles it has gone through? Studies have shown that the rise in C02 doe not preclude a rise in temperature. I see the Al Gore gang as one that has a socio-political agenda trying to get everyone to bite on the issue of so called man made Global Warming in order to further advance the notion of a world government so as to be in step with the United nations. The Kyoto Protocol was an earlier attempt to do the same but would have destroyed he U.S. economy while not having any affect on ,once again."so called " third world countries like China and India. These nations by-the-way have middle classes that are as large as the total population as the U.S.
