Lovable as a Loser, Unbelievable as a Hero

i've been a costner fan since i was only 10, and heck his movies are good. however, i find it funny why some people hate him. probably a part of their lives they have liked kevin costner's movies...they expected him to play the same goody roles he has played before. but the man's an actor and he has the right to portray every role there is. people also portrayed him as 'the perfect husband' to his wife (as seen in his movies) that's why when his marriage failed, it really dragged him down (even his career and his movie Waterworld). it's actually unfair to kevin.

people just expects too much from. too many critics and audiences hated his ways. but if they really hated and don't like him, then why the hell are they watching his every movie and every he does?!?!?! isn't it a little ironic? if you just despised the man, i might as well stop critizing him. but this only means that they still like kevin (probably if he would be the same kevin of the 80s and early 90s)...

let's just give this guy a chance. let's not just criticize him for not being able to play the roles that we have loved to see him in. isn't it interesting to see kevin play different roles?
