Will someone please tell me why small (in terms of percentage of registered voters of their states) caucuses whose participants are for the most part impressionable college students under extreme peer pressure to vote for Obama are more representative of the will of Democrats of their States than are Superdelegates who are experienced and saavy politicians? Once again it comes down to emotion versus experience. The author of this article is right. Don't try to change the rules in the middle of the game. Eventually the Democrat Party needs to clean up the rules of the game. Get rid of Superdelegates. Get rid of caucuses. Make it a winner takes all delegates game. Do it before 2012. Simplify. This Democrat primary season has been a real eye opener. The Party needs to stop the diversity, inclusiveness foolishness. Foolishness to the point of creating a mess that hasn't created diversity or inclusiveness. There's as much discord as ever. There's misogeny and ageism all over the place while crowing about anti-racism and ethnic diversity. There's nothing to be proud of at all.
