While I support Colombia's actions against FARC, what are the rules on targeting rebels in foreign countries? For example, Mexico is fighting Chiapas insurgents in the south. If their leaders were meeting in a San Diego motel could Mexico bomb it? I doubt we'd stand for it, but we support Uribe's attack in Ecuadoran territory.
