federal decision to retroactively reduce prison sentences for crack cocaine offenders! My ex-husband has been locked up for 13 years 1995 he was sentences for 15 years has two daughter's 13 years old on March 15th. And a 15 years old! They never new their dad we go visit as much as we could. Gerald J. Howard is now sitting Fairton Camp in NJ.! i am wondering will he been eligable to walk out with this new law! Gerald Howard is now 44 years old I ended our marriege in 2004. We are very good friends.Just to make along story short please let me know how can I find out about this reduce sentences. He had sign up for this for the March 5th motions to release defendants from federal prisons,
