No doubt Conrad is accused of taking a 1% sales commission and gets 6 years, The government have destroyed 90% of the value of Hollinger shares surely a larger crime. This is in the league of Enron or Bre-x.

Thus

90% x 6yrs = 450 yrs

Or do they not get jail time because big government can do no wrong?
