Hey, like many I get my daily dose of the NYTimes. And the economic news of today is challenging esp. the reminder that the last decade hasn't brought an iota of relative prosperity to the mass of Americans in the lower middle class. And I'll never be a 'conservative' or at least not in time to get that million dollar reward for doing thus...but I liked reading the NYSun for reasons of getting proper English done up well, better than my from my own web-induced laziness and rapid response requirements. I need the balance.
I had to slow down and enjoy this review and with all the negative clamor about the economy and me not being also lower middle class and very insecure economically I could relate to the characters of this movie...being north of NYC myself. But above all thanks for not letting the plot out and ruining the necessity of seeing it. Seems it might 'speak' to me and others. And relating this to Russell Banks' fine collection of writings doesn't hurt the desirability of seeing this movie.
Thanks for whetting my interest and providing insights into the actor's abilities.
