The New Corruption

While my case ML vs. Astoria Federal S & L was in Federal Court and under their jurisdiction (May 8 1997 thru February 1998) Astoria Federal and their corrupt attorneys Timothy Rooney and Referee esq. Penny Stark went into NY Supreme on Septmeber 3, 1997 and WITHOUT jurisdiction and with fraudulent deeds auctioned off my two NYC Condos stating "who is going to stop us? This case was removed by Federal Court under Federal Questions on May 8 1997 . A state court must stop when the Federal Court takes jurisdiction. These crooks continued on. Anything done by a court WITHOUT jurisdiction is a void judgment - null and void from its inception till forever Informed of the above facts why would Judith Kaye not simply vacate these two void judgments in NY Supreme and instead push me in the direction of an appeal. ? Do you think she is not interested in NY Supreme Courts corruption?
