Recession, recession - it's all over the airways and in the papers, yet there are those in the City Council that would still favor congestion taxing at this time! BTW - Kathryn Wilde is wrong, this is a tax that hurts the middle-class the most. Write your councilman to strongly oppose congestion taxing, I did.
