Once again the Mayor is turning a blind eye to the needs of the people and trying to run the school system as a business. He is in my opinion trying to dismantle the current system through what is none in the busines world as corporate take over like Richard Geer's character in "Pretty Woman." He prides himself on working for a dollar but we know that was all a scam, and has told us to give more for less while men like him live off the rest. Give more for less? what happen to "You get what you pay for." Those days off for the students could be used to help teachers clean their rooms, get organized, catch up on the many unprecedented dollars being spent on unnecessary assessment companies.
