Dan Dorfman has a style of writing which makes the reader read from start to finish.Add to that an explanation as to how we got here. Go to Bugler.Org and download paper titled General Welfare Clause.In this writers view the cause of it all began in 1937 and went into full implementation in 1965. thank you for your link.
