You might be able to change the terminology used, but it will never replace the true meaning of the word.
Family vs. member - there's quite a difference just like Sauce vs. ketchup.
Would you like sauce on your spaghetti/pasta or do you prefer ketchup? Would you like to be part of a family or part of the members?
Don't try to replace your inadequacies by changing words.
