I am surprised there is any question as to the legalities of these partial birth abortions. Let me outline the procedure for you who may not know completely what it is. The 'doctor' begins by delivering the baby legs first while leaving the large head inside the mother. They then insert a suction tube through the neck and into the scull and suck out the brain to decrease the size of the head and make it easier to deliver a dead baby. This is all done to a child with a functioning nervous system and brain, fully capable of feeling pain during the procedure. I have met no one who supports this after being fully aware of what is comprises, no one accept the 'organizations' who are making millions off this practice of murder. I believe the supreme courts descision if clear. How can they deny 'certain unalianable rights to life...' for the comfort of a mother. It is time for the wellfare of children, of all ages, to come before the desires of the parents.
