Yesterdays news discussed 4 of pattersons political views.

To me, 3 of his views are contradictory namely, 1. Pro Choice 2. Opposes death penalty 3. For stem cell research

Number 1 necessitates killing the fetus per the mother's choice; Number 3 Stem Cell research also needs cells from aborted fetus.. Yet, he opposes death penalty (#2) for deserving criminals. The fetus is helpless and criminals chosed to kill other humans.

If patterson was discovered blind in utero, would he himself (if he could speak in utero)approve his own abortion? Yet he turned out to be an intellectually able person.
