Fashion is something you create to wear.... I mean how much do you really plan on spending? Like.. under 100 are soOo... any ways, i don't see how these girls can spend 1,200 on purses or clothing... be fashionable.. by taking old clothes and turn it new! Re-create the style, an old clothes is never an object to reject... think of it as a project.
