Last-Gasp Petition Drive Fails to Rescue Spitzer

Submitted by Paul, Mar 14, 2008 10:20

Funny how the Dems want to cry "foul" and, as other sources have said, downplay the importance of a person's private life with that of his professional life. But let me remind all of you that Mr. Spitzer has broken the LAW and that alone disqualifies him to continue as Governor of New York State.

Hey, Mr. Fertik, you forgot to mention Bill Clinton in your criticism of those who have been involved in sex scandals and didn't step down. Why don't you clean up your own back yard before you start pointing fingers at others? Talk about hypocritical!! And for the record, I do think Vitter and Craig should have lost their jobs. Having character should extend beyond party lines. Stop defending a law-breaker, a vow-breaker and a man who's lack of moral self-control disqualifies him to control the state's highest office.
