In the coarse of my life if I am following the laws of the land, I should not be prosecuted. As a smoker, I am treated as a second class citizen far worse than drug suppliers, prostitutes, illegal aliens, pedophiles, pornography,or child pornography. The Hypocrisy of people like Spitzer and all of his cronnies is that they are just as dirty and deceitful as the people they put in prison. The have litterally tortured smokers just to get the tax money. In europe the taxes for smoking are hight but smokers pay to smoke where they want to. If our 50 states would do what they are suppose to do, which is hunt down criminals and stop harrassing the smoker, maybe just maybe this country would be great again. There is going to be a turn around for the smoker, just as so many other minorites in the past. Thank You
