In Blow to Spitzer, Court Strikes Down Tobacco Law

Submitted by A. Levy, Mar 16, 2008 23:01

As was usually the case with "ex"-governor Spitzer, threats and intimidation were used to interfere with interstate commerce, a clear violation of federal law! In the end, Mr. Spitzer got just what he deserved and it's truly heartwarming to know that the Feds aren't done with him yet. Apparently, they forgot to tell him that "he was" the governor on NY, not it's King! Good riddance!
