According to John McCain he is NOT Irish- He said on an interview years ago his family was from Scotland and they lived for a time in Ireland where they were not welcome and they left for America- his family has no love for the Irish or Ireland nor fond memories of their brief history there. . He said he is American and it should be left at that.
