Courts Side With NSA On Wiretaps

Submitted by Lorenzo W. Lewis, Dec 26, 2006 15:01

NSA is not legal in my humble opinion, and the Judge in Michigan that ruled against it was correct to have done so. In my humble opinion NSA was no more than an illegal program used to spy on ,and wiretap peoples, or critic that is antiwar. You can not change the Power of FISA, by trying to undermine it by changeing it name to Terroist Act brought on by the Bush Administration. You are right Mr. John E. Kraft, you can wiretap for 72 hours an in doing that even, you has better have a darm good reason to do so.After that time frame you have got to attain a Court Warrant to continue wiretaping, but not on the American Peoples. The Bush Adminstiration did not Acquire a Court Warrant out of Arrogance ,and being secretly because they feel that they are above the Law in my opinion, and had been wiretaping for years, President Bush stated it himselves that in order to wiretap, that it requires an Court order. How come you did not get a Court Warrant to Wiretap Period Mr. President?
