I think it is wonderful that the Manhattan Mini Storage is encouraging a ban on carriage horses in this city. I can't even walk past those horses, because seeing how pathetic, beaten-down and unhappy they look, makes me so angry. The carriage trades hired gun Daly is grasping at straws with that accusation that the storage company just wants to help the horses so they can get additional property to expand their business. There is no truth to that accusation. The fact is, MOST people in this city are sickened by the abuse those horses suffer. Their day to day life is a living hell, and anyone who can see them, and think they look happy and well cared for is living in a delusional state.
