The details on the approved LCAs for Chefs in Chicago were approved with erroneous information. The address on Cermak rd is flawed, Cermak runs east/west. No restaurant with that house number but I did find a Dunkin Donuts on Cermak Rd with a phone number ending in 2090. Now tell me, Dunkin Donuts couldn't find an American to make donuts at $13.99 per hour?????
