The state constitution calls says that we must have a new election within 90 days if both the Governor and Lt. Governor leave office. Bruno is acting Lt. Governor and assumes the Governor's duties when Paterson is out of the state.

If we can force Paterson to resign, and he should, we would have a new election to fill the remainder of the term vacated by Spitzer/Paterson.
