Congestion Pricing Critics Fear Defeat Is Down the Road

Bloomberg's boondoggle is putting the cart before the horse. First, the city should be using eminent domain to build muni parking lots in the outer boros near transit hubs and upgrade shuttle service into Midtown before embarking on what will amount to a commuter tax levied against NYC residents. Manhattan is elitist enough as it is without rubbing in the noses of other NYC residents. Relocating to another state with a more favorable business climate is looking better and better.
