Not since haberdasher Harry Truman's rise to the top political spot back in the 40s have we seen such sartorial scheming. Over the weekend, we learned that our "Reformer" X-Governor preferred to wear his over-the-calf socks during his assignations. Now, we learn that his "Reformer" X-Lt. Governor was buying his duds "on the cuff"--or at least someone else's plastic "cuff" This is so tawdry that we couldn't make this stuff up.
As for Deomcrat "Reformers"--and that includes the Soros-bankrolled Albany County DA Soares who has suddenly recalled Spitzer's personal interest in the Bruno Imbroglio-- we just might see a whole generation of them go down in flames. Indeed, a Reformation.
