Um, that's right Ron. There was no congestion in NYC before Bloomberg. Interesting hypothesis.

We can also VOTE OUT ANY COUNCIL PERSON THAT IS AFRAID TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF $345 MILLION IN FEDERAL GRANT MONEY AND RESCUE NYC FROM THE POLLUTED, NOISY AND SELFISH STATUS QUO.

Please, let's try the proposed congestion pricing trial and find out for real what a difference it will make.
