- The imprisonment in Siberia is not more gulag today than Guantanamo base.

- Mr Khodorkovsky have stalen Yukos from the state. He and his friends organized coup d etat in 1993 when clique behind Eltsin dispersed parlament that was an obstacle for rubbery "privatization". Then this cabal have stolen the oil industry and many other key enterprises such as Norilsk- nickel , the biggest world producer of platinum. Then Hodarkovsky, Nevzlin and Golubovich organized a biggest fraud in history of money londering with the help of british lawyer Stephen Curtis. The were other contract killings organized by Yukos.

- As I wrote above , disassembly of a parlament by force by Eltsin and Co was a coup d etat. The elections organized later were rigged but were recognized by the West because it gave easy access to energy resources -almost for free as in Sahalin 2 project for Shell.

- This is protection of national iterests. The same as the recent ban on sale of the american oil company Unocal to china imposed by Congress. Economically it makes no sense to give foreign companies access to energy resorces extraction. Russia can do everything herself. All necessary technology, if any, can be baught from small engineering companies. And then Russian companies can to sell the products to end users . This way the revenues are much higher. As one can see in the example of Exxon's ecord revenues this year (biggest in the history of the US) .
