I'm really pleased you highlighted this issue. When people are starting out on a weightloss program, rest and recuperation often takes a back seat, as getting the diet and exercise right takes up so much effort.

The key comment for me here, is that sleep is on equal footting with nutrition and exercise, rather than being the protagonist of weightloss.
I know it sounds PR worthy with a title like "Sleep away the pounds", but there is a danger that people take that to the other extreme, and actually believe that sleep is the key, not just one of many factors.

That said, time to turn off the computer and take a nap, maybe i lose a pound in the process as well.
