I am the president of NYSPACE, the Exclusive Broker in Manhattan for VitalDent, the subject company of your article. It would seem that your information is inaccurate. VitalDent did attempt to lease the 2nd Avenue Deli Space but the deal fell through several months ago and, it is my understanding that the space was taken by Chase or some other bank. A correction is in order bot concerning the transaction itself and concerning VitalDent's representation.
