Of Course, Christine Quinn would hire a 600/hour lawyer when the taxpayer is footing the bill. Just as the taxpayers are footing the bill on the inhuman horse drawn carriage industry that cause congestion and smells the city. Taxpayers money clean up their mess. Why are taxpayers money used to promote this industry in the Tourist City. Because the husband of Mayor Deputy Mayor is this industry's lobbyist.
