Have you ever spent a day adjudicating UPS/FedEx tickets? I have! It's a complete waste of everyone's time. We know what percentage are guilty/not guilty. Just charge that percentage and let UPS/FedEx pay the bill right away. Individual drivers also can get a discount if they do not contest their tickets. I know this hurts Glen Bolofsky and ParkingTicket.com's business, but faster adjudication/payment is the way to go.
