You have presented an excellent article related to what everyone already knows about misappropriation
of school funds and the want to be educational leaders that get in the way of education. Case in point
LAUSD has over 100 superintendents. The head CEO as he sees himself Edward Brewer; former
admiral of the Navy pulls in over $850,000 per year and that does not include his chauffer driven limousine
a plain close LAUSD Cop that gets well over $150,000 to drive this turkey Brewer around. What the hell
are they getting done California is placed 40th in the nation and only 50% of its students graduate.

Lets throw out the unions and all the fat cat administrators and let teachers and parent make decisions.
Might as well dump the Board of Education as well all they do sit around and make plans to waste more money.
