The only way for real change is for the people of the state of New York to call for a constitutional convention. The politicians are never going to give up their pork. New York is in a crisis, facing annual $7 billion deficits. Governor Paterson's actions show that he's part of the problem and not part of the solution. Albany is completely bought by the special interests. The New York Sun should lead the call for reform and real change.
