Yes, of course homosexuality is unnatural, and as Americans we shouldn't stand for that, just as we don't stand for glasses, plastic, and air conditioning. I think the thought of it being unnatural is ridiculous. Love for another person, love ( not to be confused with lust ) is never a bad thing. Our society lacks enough of it as it is. Now you might object to my seemingly "hippie" views, but isn't the dislike for those different than us or that have opposing views the cause of some of the worst problems of our day? Say racial violence, terrorism, and even some wars? Don't negatively view something just because you don't understand it, unless it's of course Calculus. Real love between any two people shouldn't cause controversy, but unfortunately it probably always will.

Now of course my views are bias: I am a gay teenager. I live in western Oklahoma, a place that doesn't back my own views, but I've learned to live with that. I see no harm caused in liking men. I do not oppose straight couples, so I do not understand why you should oppose my sexual orientation. And for those of you who think being gay is a choice: it's not. I woke up liking boys the same day you woke up liking boys/girls...it didn't just happen, you never chose. Do not take this as embarrassment for being gay. I have learned to accept it and now am quite comfortable with it. Of course it would have been easier being straight, but now that I'm older I wouldn't change a thing. I do not however need to have a parade for being this way, just as heterosexuals probably wouldn't want one either. If someone would like to email me to ask questions or anything of the sort, please do. I'm open to discussion. Please remember, homosexuality is neither a choice nor a disease. It's a way of expression of love and thought, and bluntly, that's it.
