Thanks for having a Yankee writer tell all us poor deluded mets fan that not only this season but next season as well is over. After all how can anyone possibly think the Mets might have a shot at taking the division with such little time left in the season. They are two games back with 130 left to go. That certainly looks insurmountable to me. You are right Steve. We should just accept the fact that the Mets next few seasons are lost causes. I don't understand why they even play the whole season when good ole' Stevie-boy can just take the first 30 and decide the outcomes of all the teams.
