I would like to thank you for challenging my overprotective habits. My husband pride ourselves on the self-reliance and responsibility of our children, and yet I am still worried to let them out of my sight at Walmart. The level of independence given to our children is directly related to their ability to exhibit responsible safe habits in public situations, and we are lucky enough to have kids that respect the world around them.
You have given me a newfound resolve to have a little faith in our small community.
Thank you.
