Arabs and Iranians Root For the Democrats Again

Submitted by J.C., Nov 3, 2006 06:23

why so many press outlets and Arab and Iranian leaders that are known to be vehemently anti-American are openly supporting one political party over the other? Answer; our enemies want the party of "Retreat and Defeat" or to put it another way, the party of appeasement. It was Democrat President Jimmy Carter who undermined the Shah of Iran who was pro U.S. and pro Western Democracy by withdrawing U.S. military support from the Shah allowing the Islamic extremest in that country to overthrow the Shah in a violent kou. And why did Carter undermine the Pro American Shah of Iran? Because Carter did not like the Shah's treatment of captured Soviet detainees. In an attempt to appease our enemy in the Cold War, the Soviet Union, Carter, a Democrat, helped turn Iran in to the Islamic state that it is today, threatening the world, especially the U.S. and Israel with it's nuclear ambitions. Now let's fast forward about 20 years to the Clinton Administration and this one is for all you Liberal weenies, disciples of Michael Moore-on out there who call the current war in Iraq "Immoral" and "Illegal." Do you remember a little piece of land called Kosovo that Clinton used our military under NATO command to bomb in to the stone age with out Congressional or U.N. approval to get Monica Lewinski off the front page? Do you remember who he sided with? It wasn't the Christian Serbs trying to protect their homes. No, he sided with the Kosovo Liberation Army (the KLA,) or as the liberal press called them "Ethnic Albanians" a group of Muslim Albanians with ties to Usama Bin Laden. Now put that in your medical marijuana pipes, you liberals, and smoke it! In the Democrats efforts to appease our enemies they embolden them just as Chamberlain emboldened Nazi Germany to Bomb England with his appeasement of Hitler. I will be the first to concede that mistakes have been made in fighting this war. For example, putting the cart before the horse by democratizing Iraq and installing a new government when we should have bombed it along with Iran and Syria in to submission, leaving them no choice but unconditional surrender as was done with Japan and Germany during the second World War. It wasn't until then we were able to democratize them. And instead of fighting a "Politically correct" war with the rules of engagement you would apply to a Highway patrol officer on a traffic stop against an enemy that willingly uses their own children as suicide bombers we should be using our air power before ever sending ground troops to wipe these fanatics off of the planet. Now I've heard plenty of defeatists tell me that "you can't kill them all" no, but you you can sure as hell kill most of them, weaken their resolve and cut off their sources of funding and supply. We have the power it's only a question of will. Our enemy has no power but they have tremendous will and if we are to survive we must have the will to use our military might. With that said, when confronted with the choice of "Stay the Course" or "Cut and Run," I choose the former. Because at least to stay the course shows our enemies we will not be taken down so easily and that our will to not submit to their backwater 7th century way of life is not to be so easily underestimated. We send the exact opposite message to our enemy if we, as the democrats propose "Cut and Run" or more appropriately "Retreat in Defeat" we embolden our enemy's resolve and will warrant more attacks like 9/11 on our shores. The enemy knows as does any clear thinking individual out there knows, which of course rules out most of the population of any given college campus, that if the likes of John "Retreat in Defeat" Kerry and Jack "Cut and Run" Murtha were in charge of the U.S. during World War 2 that the best case scenario would be that today we would all be experts at making sushi by now. So why would a bunch of backwater fanatic who despise our country and our way of life support one political party over the other? Because they realize the Democrats don't have the will to take them head on and instead will try to appease them, whereas Republicans, especially the base of the party which are the rock-ribbed Conservatives, are willing to face off these fanatics until they fall back and retreat or the last islamo-fascist is dead! They know that when push comes to shove it is the conservative who has the will to unleash the full power of our military might. And when their strength is pitted against the strength of the U.S., THEY LOSE!!!
