I have just read the comments by John Batchelor while he was ensconced at the Butler Library of Columbia University, apparently writing a new fiction novel which I would purchase on the spot. John leaves us hanging as to his radio reappearance, and would dearly appreciate hearing the latest word from him as to his plans for return to the radiowaves. 2007 would be so much sweeter to contemplate if we all had John' s assurance that he is for sure coming back. Waiting!
