God bless Dr. Elizabeth Whelan and her organization (ACSH). Anyone seeking anything resembling integrity, ethics, and full truths in the fields of health and science have so few to turn to these days. Dr. Whelan is one. Listen to her instead of those practicing agenda-driven advocacy science. My goodness, you'd think people would be happy to hear they have a lot less to worry about than they thought (or were told). Instead, the sheeple love the security that the trumped up drama allegedly solves instead of the security of no drama. And that's how government manipulates you. Dr. Whelan instead wants you to be informed and educated, not controlled. Dr. Whelan can be trusted. It's the ones that try to constantly scare you that can't. A good tasting french fry (aka cooked in trans fat) is okay in moderation! So relax and enjoy it.
