Chef Jaffe worked at Cafe Society exactly one week and hasn't been there since before Mother's Day. Those who want to taste Chef Jaffe's fine food need only to wait four more days and scurry to Sheridan Square where Jaffe will be Chef d'cuisine to Franklin Becker's genius as Executive Chef.
