Shouldn't Homeland Security be protecting our drinking water? These drilling companies are planning to lay thousands of acres to waste and send their toxic sludge down the majestic Delaware River. As far as boosting the economy. How about a plant in Port Jervis or Monticello manufacturing solar panels? You want to make money or make a mess? Come on now.
