I can understand the mayors initiative. But, his plans are very nearsighted. NYC would be a great place if only public transportation were available and all private vehicles were restricted. But, the mayor takes no prisoners with the things he has done to restrict traffic. I'm a taxi driver. I think I'll take the next three Saturdays off. When the general public can't find a taxi they will know why.
