Obviously, the "advisory panel" does not include any men with prostate cancer, particularly any with metastasized cancer, especially any with it in their bones. Otherwise, they'd be talking out the other side of their mouths. Sounds like the "advisory panel" is looking at some sort of pool of money which is biasing their logic. What are the biases of this panel?
