I have always worried how history would be written about this period in America, and of course it was a fear of Left Wing historians, but the idea that the US foreign policy should be governed by the approval of non-US entities, seeking their favor for our security is just so beyond foolish, it is childish at best. People who live by their ideologies as opposed to the realities of the world simply lack the necessary judgment to lead this nation. The world will not learn to live in perfect harmony as long as the passions of men cannot be controlled.
